If you prefer face-to-face interaction and training, my In-Person Personal Training is for you! I can give you more prompt and detailed guidance on your exercise form through in-person training. My in-person 1:1 training sessions are customized to your goals, fitness level, environment and movement patterns for the most effective workout experience.

    • 24 60-minute 1:1 training sessions
      + 4 complimentary sessions

  • Customized workout program with sets and reps, cues and demonstration videos (Accessible via the fitness app—just press start!)

  • Step-by-step guidance on healthy eating and accountability through meal log / photo upload feature on the fitness app

  • Brainstorming and implementing tools to help manage your stress level and mindset tips along your fitness journey.

  • Session notes after each session

  • 3 reschedules / session roll-overs
