“Sunny has helped me designed my lifestyle to achieve and maintain my meals, workouts, macros, weight, and even my mental health. Due to the pandemic, like most people, I would spend more time just sitting around binge watching shows, and if I got hungry I would just eat whenever and whatever I wanted. I had no self-control. “Before receiving personal training from Sunny, I did hours of cardio all day and ate very few calories to lose weight but felt like I hit a roadblock. After receiving personal training, I lost weight even without doing hours of cardio and naturally my caloric intake increased to a healthy level. One day, I went hiking in a canyon with many big rocks for the first time in a while and I was able to climb rocks easier thanks to my glutes!
